My Biography
Professional Summary
Matt Proman, Founder and Chairman of BidMyListing.com, has more than 20 years of experience growing companies in both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) specialties. While on his journey to sell his home, he encountered a universal problem faced by many others in the same position: how to find the right realtor. The realtor selling his home made no headway after more than six months, and he realized that the realtor had no commitment to his listing.

As a result, he founded BidMyListing.com in 2021, an innovative real estate marketplace where everyone wins. Homeowners get paid upfront for the exclusive listing of their property and real estate agents bid on listings they are confident they can sell. Selling a home is the most important financial transaction most Americans will ever face, and BidMyListing allows for better decision making and facilitates the best possible match between sellers and agents.
Matt’s passion for business includes a range of experience in direct marketing, business-to-business (B2B), and business-to-consumer (B2C) services, including Cambridge Publishing where he helped the company’s sales grow from over $5 million to $40 million in his time there. After Cambridge Publishing, he went on to found the National Association of Professional Women, helping it grow to become one of the most recognized business networking groups in the United States.

Prior to this, he held the role of Chief Operating Officer and Board Member of the Professional Diversity Network (PDN), pairing job applicants with employers looking to build a diverse workforce including women, minorities, veterans, LGBTQIA+, and disabled persons globally. While at PDN, he had the opportunity to work with business forces such as Donna Brazil, political strategist and analyst, and Randi Zuckerberg, former Director of Market Development of Facebook.

Matt is also an active philanthropist and helps a range of organizations including the Jack Martin Fund, contributing to medical advancements in a variety of fields by supporting work at Mount Sinai Hospital. He also serves as the Director of Nassau County SPCA dedicated to the rescue, care, and placement of animals in need.
